BID Coordinator

Souderton Business Improvement District – Souderton, PA

Job Description

Point of contact for the Souderton Business Improvement District (BID). Some responsibilities would include:

•Work with BID Chair to create meeting agendas and monthly meeting minutes

•Facilitate projects as outlined by the BID

•Marketing projects and social media posts for BID

•Attend BID events

•Assist and support BID Representatives at events with setup and breakdown


•Customer service skills

•Ability to multitask and manage established projects as outlined by the Souderton BID

•Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere

•Strong communication skills

•Content writing and web editor experience is a plus

•General skills with Excel, Word, Gmail

•Social media page management experience: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram

•Ability to lift 50 lbs. – event equipment.

Job Type: Part-time

Hourly Wage: $12-14/hr.

Hours: Avg 18 hours per week Wednesday-Friday
